Positions Available Under ASPIRE Project
Manager (Implementation & Coordination) – 01 Post
Education: 16 years education in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public/Business Administration, EMIS, or Project Management (HEC recognized).
Experience: Minimum 10 years, preferably in large-scale government or donor-funded education projects.
This role oversees implementation tracking, stakeholder coordination, progress reporting, annual work plans, and documentation management. It suits professionals who can maintain structured execution and ensure timelines are met efficiently.
Manager (Strategy & Planning) – 01 Post
Education: 16 years education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or Business/Public Administration.
Experience: Minimum 7 years; donor-funded project exposure preferred.
Responsible for strategic planning frameworks, roadmap development, indicator monitoring, and structured reporting. Ideal for candidates who translate policy into operational plans.
Finance & Accounts Officer – 01 Post
Education: 16 years education in Finance/Accounts; CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years, including at least 2 years in the public sector.
This position ensures financial compliance, documentation accuracy, audit coordination, and transparent reporting aligned with donor and government rules.
Associates – 02 Posts
Education: 16 years education in Social Sciences, Business Management, or Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 3 years; donor-funded education project experience preferred.
Associates support documentation, coordination, reporting formats, and data follow-ups within project workstreams.
Assistants – 02 Posts
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts, Social Science/Pure Science, Business/Public Administration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Assistants manage office records, file handling, finance/admin support tasks, and day-to-day operational documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience Explained
All qualifications must be from HEC-recognized institutions. Experience must be verifiable and relevant to public sector or donor-funded development projects.
