Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP) Jobs 2026 – Individual Consultant Positions (Karachi)
The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), through its Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP)—a flagship initiative funded by the World Bank (IBRD), the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), and the Government of Sindh—is seeking highly qualified professionals for three critical individual consultant roles on a contract basis. These positions are pivotal to strengthening institutional capacity, financial integrity, human resource systems, and equity-centered reforms within one of Pakistan’s most vital urban utilities.
Based in Karachi, Sindh, the KWSSIP Project Implementation Unit (PIU) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from accomplished individuals with proven expertise in public financial management, administrative leadership, and gender-inclusive institutional reform. All three roles are individual consultancy contracts under the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Revised Fifth Edition, September 2023). Selection will follow Section VII: Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants, ensuring transparency, merit, and technical excellence.
