Member (Quality Assurance) – Contract (2 Years Extendable)

This position focuses on strengthening quality culture across higher education institutions. Applicants must possess a PhD degree with at least 20 years of experience in teaching, research, or academic management, including 5 years in a leadership role.

The selected candidate will lead total quality management initiatives, improve teaching and research standards, promote accountability, and align institutional practices with evolving national and global quality standards.

Member (Research, Development & Innovation) – Contract (2 Years Extendable)

Candidates applying for this role must hold a PhD (preferably in STEM disciplines) and have 20 years of distinguished academic or research experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

The position requires deep understanding of national and international research systems, innovation ecosystems, intellectual property management, patent systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, and modern R&D frameworks.

Managing Director, National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) – Contract (2 Years Extendable)

Applicants must possess an advanced degree (preferably PhD) from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates with qualifications in Education, Management, or HRM are encouraged to apply. A minimum of 10 years of academic experience, particularly in institutional development and capacity building, is required.

Member (Academics) – BPS 22 (Regular)

This is a regular BPS-22 position with an age limit of 45 to 55 years. Candidates must hold a PhD degree and have at least 22 years of experience in teaching, research, management, or administration in BPS-17 and above, including 5 years in BPS-21 or equivalent.

Applicants should demonstrate strong expertise in pedagogy, curriculum development, educational technologies, accreditation systems, academic governance, and institutional leadership. Research publications in internationally reputable journals will be preferred.
