1. Project Development Specialist (PPS-8)
This senior-level role focuses on project design, documentation, and alignment with Punjab Police reform objectives.
Education: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Project Management, Economics, Business/Public Administration, Engineering, or related field (HEC-recognized).
Experience: 7–10 years in development projects, including PC-I/PC-II preparation, feasibility studies, stakeholder coordination, and results-based management.
2. Full Stack Developer (PPS-7)
Responsible for developing secure internal systems, dashboards, and digital workflows for the Strategic Planning Unit.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Experience: 3–5+ years building scalable web applications using modern frameworks (Node/.NET Core, React/Angular/Vue, PostgreSQL/MySQL).
3. Financial Expert (PPS-7)
Ensures transparent budgeting, audit compliance, and financial reporting for development projects.
Education: ACCA/ACMA/CA (Part Qualified) or Master’s in Finance/Accounts/Economics.
Experience: 5+ years in public-sector budgeting, procurement cycles, PPRA rules, and financial compliance.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Expert (PPS-7)
Oversees KPI development, data verification, performance tracking, and impact assessment.
Education: Master’s in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in M&E frameworks, surveys, dashboards, and logical framework management.
